Favorite Family Recipe

If you eat beef, you will love this recipe! It's my husband's favorite.
When I'm deep into my writing and want a really delicious meal that everyone is going to "ooh-and-aaah" over, this is it.

Extra-Easy Beef  Burgundy

1 lb. London Broil
1 pkg. Onion Gravy Mix
1 small box of fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 cup water
1 cup wine
2 tbsp. dill weed
Salt to taste
Minute Maid lemon juice to taste

Cut meat into small lean strips
Shake gravy mix and meat strips in plastic bag until meat is well coated
Brown meat in skillet
Add water, dill, wine, salt and lemon juice
Simmer on low heat for 40 mins.

Serve over noodles and wait for everyone to tell you how wonderful you are!
